For Labryinto’s first edition in Brazil, we led the creative direction and spatial design of the festival, from site scouting and the master plan to stages, bars, lounges, installations, lighting, furniture, and the guest experience. The design translated Brazil’s landscapes, craftsmanship, textures, and vibrant culture into a cohesive spatial language.
The main stage, Metropolis, rose from the dunes with nine eight-meter columns wrapped in local fabrics and renda lace, illuminated with sunrise-inspired tones. The secondary stage, Miel, reimagined the dancefloor as a village inspired by the collaborative nature of a beehive. Casinha, an intimate late-night speakeasy, combined tiled surfaces, crochet lighting, hammocks, and a vintage Brazilian Kombi serving açaí. Additional installations and gathering spaces, including the Cosmic Pod, the Wind Tower, the Lounge do Pescador, and a series of informal lounging areas, extended the festival experience, creating moments for rest, exploration, and connection throughout the site. Together, the festival celebrated Brazilian culture through architecture, craftsmanship, and immersive design.
